Chapel

The Bosque Center originally was envisioned as the beating heart of the Diocese of the Rio Grande. A place from which would flow the communal life blood for the Body of Christ in Far West Texas and New Mexico through evangelization, Christian and ecumenical interfaith formation, community service and education.

That heart beats through the vision for a Chapel in memory of the Rev’d Frederick “Ted” Howden, Jr. There are no plans for a capital funds drive in either the Diocese or to use our Diocesan endowment funds for this construction. Rather we visualize the spiritual significance of a Chapel and ask those who wish to donate.
